Content governance for every site you run
Every page you've ever published. One vault.
Content Vault captures every website you run, on any platform, keeps every revision, and finds what's wrong (broken links, outdated facts, hacked pages, wasted media) so your team and your AI agents can fix it.
Free Content Scan for any domain: coming soon.
Built by KWALL, which has launched 800+ websites since 2007.
From a list of domains to every page, every change, every problem
Start with nothing installed. Add connectors later for more depth.
-
Capture
Crawls every site you own, on any platform, from a list of domains. PDFs and Word files too. An optional page script and the Drupal and WordPress connectors report changes the moment they're published.
-
Preserve
Keeps every revision, with side-by-side differences and the full history of each page. Images, video, and documents can be archived too, per site. Storage is compressed and kept cold by default, so years of history stay affordable.
-
Understand
Finds broken links and images, spelling mistakes, outdated dates, missing alt text and other content-level accessibility issues, SEO basics, and unexpected scripts. Search across every site at once, or ask a question and get an answer with sources.
-
Act
Turn findings into change requests. Review them, then publish back to Drupal or WordPress, or send them to Jira or ServiceNow. The next capture checks that the fix is live.
-
Serve Next
Content syndication across sites, and read-only hosting for retired sites from the archive.
Knows what's shared, and where everything is used
A footer edit isn't four hundred changes. Content Vault recognizes shared headers, footers, and navigation, and reports a template change once.
Every image, video, PDF, and download is tracked with every page that uses it, so you can see where a file appears before you replace it, and find the same file uploaded at different addresses.
Alerts where your team works
Get a message in Slack, or a signed webhook into any system, when pages change, break, or pick up new problems. Filter by site, event, and severity.
Editors see their own sites. Admins see everything. Every change request keeps a full record of who proposed, approved, and published it.
For AI agents
Give your agents a governed way to work with your web content. Content Vault is an MCP server: agents can search every site, read page history, list issues, find where a file is used, and draft change requests that people review before anything is published.
Everything in the console is also in the JSON API.

Built for cautious buyers
- Runs on Google Cloud in the United States.
- Each organization's data is kept apart by the database itself, not only by the application.
- No CMS passwords in the vault. Connectors use credentials held on the server, never stored with your content.
- Publishing is reviewed. Nothing goes back to a site without an approved change request.
- Accessibility checks are content-level checks. They help you find and fix problems; they aren't a certification.
Works alongside Accorbis
Accorbis is a separate product. An integration is planned so Accorbis customers can work with their sites' content and history without switching tools.
Not a CMS, and not hosting
Keep the platforms you have. Content Vault sits beside them: it watches, remembers, and helps you fix, across every site at once.
